Site 'otuxa' in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois will be disconnected on Friday,
October 28th.  Site we13 in Montgomery, Illinois will switch it's feed
from 'otuxa' to 'nwuxd' in Lisle, Illinois.

It is not known if otuxa will be reconnected.  The machine itself will be
reconnected at a different location and may change it's name.
