Net.general and net.flame seem to be filing up with discussions about topics
such as driving in various cities, whether bicyclists or motorists are the most
obnoxious things on the road, and toll-roads.

Do we need a net.transportation (exactly 14, test everybody's software!), or
the like?  Net.roads is shorter, but less general.  Net.cycles does not
necessarily belong in this proposed group, but the title sounds like
discussions of bicycles also go in there.
