	I would like to form a newsgroup for go-players (at all levels)
and people interested in the algorithmic aspects of the game.  This group
could be used to

	- announce tournaments;
	- provide transcripts of, and discussion about, particular games;
	- exchange information about go-playing programs;
	- discuss strategies and tactics, human and/or computer;
	- promote the game in general through tutorials and
	  pointers to books and clubs.

	I know you're out there.  Please reply by mail, if you can.
