Here is a simpler filter to do a rot 13.  It can be used the same
as the one Curtis posted.

tr A-Za-z N-ZA-Mn-za-m

This is simpler to enter.  You will probably want to do a:
	chmod +x r13
where r13 is the file that says tr... above.
