	Unless you find out otherwise from the manufacturer, I would
avoid putting food into old film containers since the residues from
the solvents used to make the containers can be harmful in subtle
and possibly long term ways.  I'm not even sure how well you could
wash the residues out to render them safe.
	It is tempting though.  I have drawers full to overflowing
with the little things.
