I do not know of any, but I have seen several translations of the Tao Te Ching that are available in bookstores such as B. Daltons and Waldenbooks. The Feng & English translation is a very good one. They can usually be found in the philosophy section and sometimes in the poetry section. If you really want a translation 'on-line' someone could just get a copy and type it in and then transmit it over the net. I don't know what copyright laws would apply, but it is possible.
