	I believe the TARDIS once did have the capability to shape change
	as the Master's does, but something in it broke, causing it to be
	stuck in the Police Box shape. 

	Wasn't one of the reason's the Doctor went to Logopolis ( the final 
	episodes with Tom Baker ), to get that part of the TARDIS repaired?
