Someone (perhaps wu1!rf ?) sent me mail about my comments re: message
houca.409 about the government funding space programs.
I got a header and no text.  Some system is decapitating mail and sending on
the severed heads (if you will pardon the analogy).
Whoever sent the mail I think you will have to post it as news if you
really want it to get through.

BTW note that I have used no empty lines and no leading whitespace in this
message.  I saw a news item on the net suggesting that the presence of
whitespace may confuse some systems.
