   Had my girlfriend not been so bold as to invite me to her
apartment for drinks three months ago, I would have "weighed
the pro's and con's" until she became frustrated enough to
just give up. I had a feeling she was interested, but being
the shy type I would have chickened out too. And then I
would have kicked myself over and over for not letting her
know how I felt about her. It's happened to me many times
before; I was just very lucky to have found someone who
wasn't as unsure as I was at the time.
