Currently, the only male pheremone cologne I know of is called:  ANDRON for
Man (I believe by Jovan).  I bought it a year or so ago when it first came
out on the market.  I didn't like the fragrance though, and had a slight
allergic reaction to it, so I stopped using it.

I can only say that in the several weeks I tried it, I didn't notice any 
unusual reactions from the women around me (friends or strangers). 

But remember, there's an old saying:

"Sex appeal is 50% what you've got, and 50% what other people THINK 
you've got!"
