I cringed when I heard Kirk (and Sulu) say "warp 9" near the end of "The
Enterprise Incident."  It's an episode I always look forward to seeing
but even though I know it's coming, I'm never fully prepared to hear
"warp 9".  At least we know that such inaccuracies and inconsistencies
are less likely now with ST considering the documentation effort that's gone
into it.
