Last night (10-25; 7PM showing in NYC) Hawkeye saluted again (I count
this as the 5th or 6th occurrence reported here). 

It was at the end of the episode (I only caught the end) in which the
latrine was pulled down around Frank. As Frank was viewed sitting on
the "throne", Hawkeye saluted him.
