It was written by Robert Owens and Joseph Boykin. More information on it can be obtained from Robert Owens (BITNET: OWENS@PSUVAX1). The VMS version was written by Craig Watkins (BITNET: CRW@PSUVMS1). I have talked to both versions from BITNET and found them to be very good emulations of RSCS (which is IBM's Remote Spooling Communications Subsystem/Networking).
