Does anybody want to tell me what to do to use [nt]roff to turn the
output of ptx(1), the permuted index generator, into something useful?
I'm sorry, but I'm just too damned lazy to hole up with the [nt]roff
manual long enough to figure it out for myself.  (Why the authors of
ptx didn't put a suggested macro in the man entry I'll never know.
Grrr, grrr...)  Thanks.
