I notice that more capabilities work with VAX than with 
PDP/11.  However, the following still don't work:
  1. Standout mode in workspace
  2. Change of command character (I do it now before
     using vi.
  3. Tab settings
The capabilities in the termcap look fine. But the 'is'
capability is partially executed (a workspace is created),
the 'so' capability is not.  I've taken descriptions from the 
system termcap file.  Anone out there (Tektronix?) who can help?
