I just received a book announcement from Academic Press for "Introduction
to the Graphical Kernel System (GKS)", by F. R. A. Hopgood, D. A. Duce, and
D. C. Sutcliff, Computing Division, Rutherford Appleton Laboratory,
Didcot, U.K.

Has anyone out there read this text?  Is it useful?  Specifically, is it
worth buying if we already have a copy of the GKS draft standard proposal?
