Rosedale, Southdale, Ridgedale are the three that come to mind,
but I did most of my shopping at the Burnsville Center, which
I think is the largest shopping center in Minneapolis.  As a
trivia note, did you know that Minneapolis was the first place
in the country to have an indoor shopping center? (I think it's
Southdale, but I'm not absolutly certian on that. The folks at
stolaf, umn-cs or minn-ua can correct me on that...)
