Jones, published by Howard W. Sams and Co. Inc., 4300 West 62nd Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268 USA. A new issue comes out each year and Vane may not be the author of the current; I have one two years old. It is a superb book, lotsa info. You can scan the non-profit frequencies of fm for NPR affiliation, or scan lists by geographic area. Or you could write NPR for an affiliate list and compare with this book for frequencies. I got mine at the local electronics parts store. Al Whaley Univ of Illinois pur-ee!uiucdcs!whaley Urbana, Illinois
