The U. of Toronto's 4.2BSD licence application is bouncing back and
forth between here and Berkeley as Berkeley's people pick nits from the
licence.  They are apparently doing the same thing to the U. of
Waterloo.

As Universities, we need to get the tapes fairly soon in order to get
4.2BSD running by January 1984.  Otherwise it slips to the summer of
1984.

Does anyone expect to have 4.2BSD tapes within the next two or three
weeks?
