The link from linus to utzoo seems to be having trouble, and there
are signs that the problem lies at the linus end.  Linus appears to
have been down much of last weekend -- at least, the machine was not
answering its phones -- and has not called us in some time.  We are
having trouble calling them, also.  News flow to and from Eastern
Canada will be irregular until this clears up, and it's best to route
mail by other paths.
