By calling USRobotics in Chicago, I discovered that Trintronics in Toronto
carries the USRobotics modem.  I also discovered that they want $915
for the Password model, which is the 300/1200 one in a plastic case and
is widely available in the states for under $400US.  Ouch!!!!!!
