The Discovery, which was rolled out of its Rockwell hangar
last week and flown to Carswell l AFB in Texas yesterday,
took off for KSC this morning, on top of a 747.  The
ship will be placed in a hangar at the space center and
readied for its maiden flight,  for its maiden flight, scheduled for next spring.
