With Thanksgiving just a few weeks away I would be interested in
seeing some good recipes, including ones for turkey stuffings, pumpkin
pies, etc., along with tips on cooking the bird.

I would also like to see some good recipes for onions such as baked or
soup.  I recently had some excellent onion soup at Clyde's in
Greenwich Village.  If someone could get their recipe that would be
appreciated too.
