Lines: 11 But Moosewood and the follow-up, "The Enchanted Broccoli Forest" use dairy products (probably many of the recipes don't, and some can be adapted), and the requester wanted "true Vegetarian" by which he meant no animal products. I don't know for sure, but The Farm, a hippie commune in Tenessee, always was a strict veggie place, soy this, and soy that, and I believe they put out a cookbook called something original like "the Farm Cookbook". Ask at your local alternative bookstore. They might have the Farm Book, which is their blurb on their way of life, which may have pointers to the other book.
