Combine in a pie crust, and bake at 350F for about one hour. (Until done). Blueberries will work just the same as will peaches. For apples, select a more tart apple such as such as Winesap and add "allspice", or cinnamon and nutmeg. In apple pies brown sugar can be substituted for white sugar. All fruit pies are slight variations on this basic idea. The best pies start with the best ingredients, but are very simple recipies.
