Lines: 10 This isn't really about any particular recipes-- but for a truly delicious all-you-can-eat meal of good mid-west home-cooked food, I recommend the Sunday buffet at Topsy's restaurant in Concordia, Missouri, about 50 miles East of Kansas City and a mile or so off the Interstate. Topsy's is a little eatery patronized mostly by farmers and truck-drivers, but on Sunday from about 11 AM to 2 PM, it is filled with families in their go-to-church clothes having the meal of their lives. Last time I was there about a year ago, the price was somewhere around $6. Be sure to save room for the pies! Gordon Partridge, GenRad, Inc., Mail Stop 98, Route 117, Bolton, MA 01740
