	Help...

	{an unusual but hopefully not impossible request}

	I had a main dish (several years ago) which seemed

	to be a rice pilaf with strips of white chicken and

	peas (plus spices).  I enjoyed this dish in San Francisco

	but have not been able to sample "it" on the East

	Coast. If anybody has any idea how to make this dish

	or recipes similar to them ... please post them.
