In many Japanese restaurants I have visited, they serve their salad
with a salad dressing that I've never tasted the likes of anywhere else.
It seems to be a ginger-based salad dressing.  Does anyone have a recipe
for a Japanese style ginger based dressing??   Thanx in advance.
