I am sorry that, through no fault of mine, you were unable to understand
the significance of my comment.  I will put it more simply.  Does your
statement apply to anyone, in any country?  If so, then you are saying
that a Russian should trust his government, and I don't think either of
us feels that way.  If not, then which countries does this apply to, and
why?  It's not at all clear to me what you were thinking when you wrote
this.
