As in those that do not allow 'afros'. I ran into a a situation in Dallas, Texas(at the 'Cafe Dallas') where a group of us were going in. One of us was stopped, and told that they could not enter because they were in violation of their 'dress code'. The man was rather puzzled, for he was the best dressed person there. He was wearing dress pants, dress shirt, a jacket and dress shoes. Others in the group were wearing casuals, one even had on an OLD sweatshirt with holes in it, some wore sneakers, etc. When asked for specifics, the person was directed to the posted dress code that stated: "No one shall be admitted who has facial hair, below the mouth, that is not part of a full beard" The entire group left, and later on discovered that in this particular locale (near enough to Mexico), most, if not all, those that wear a goatee, or a 'fu-man-chu' style moustache are mexican. A good example of a way to use 'sublties' in existing laws to discriminate against a group 'legaly'. (** FRODO **) alias hou5g!jrt
