you are correct in that the war powers act gives rwr the power to do pretty much
as he likes for the noted 60d. period.  however but and notwithstanding, and not
touching upon the question of the constitutionality of the bloody war powers act
(something i wouldn't touch upon with a twelve-foot rubber czech), it occurs
to me that the bonehead could be impeached on the small matter of treason, which
is also carefully defined in the constitution.  think about it.
