I didn't think that rabbit!jj was attacking Larry Welsch at all. I thought that he was describing my mailbox. I guess if he and I have similar mailboxes, this makes sense. I thought that Larry Welsch just happened to bring the subject up....I brought it up a few weeks ago when my mailbox overfloweth... personally, I think that most people want to be called either a "liberal" or a "conservative". Therefore they call people they don't like "conservatives" or "liberals". It just means: I hate you or I hate your positions but is tons shorter to type. And it gets a big emotional reaction out of a lot of people who don't recognise that they have this emotional investment. (I suspect, but I do not know, that they would understand that they had emotional investment in the phrase "I hate you"). I think that we need more inventive nasty words. I have always been in favour of "microcephalic protohumanoid" but it has th disadvantage of being hard to spell. Laura Creighton utzoo!utcsstat!laura
