In Washington, DC a couple of aspiring Georgetown University
law students tried to sue a restaurant ( a very posh one ) that
required that men wear jackets.
The law students claimed reverse sex discrimination since only men
where subjected to this requirement.  They had a point; there
were no written requirements for women, but the judge threw the
case out of court.  Something to ponder for all you out there
with a grudge to wear.
