Regarding the case that was thrown out of court where some law students
tried to sue a restaurant for sex discrimination based on the dress code:
 
Ah, judicial consistency!  My ex-supervisor carries a clipping in his
wallet about a sex discrimination case that was *won* against a restaurant
that required men to wear ties, but did not require women to wear ties.
He rarely wears ties and carries this clipping to flash if any restaurant
tries to deny him entrance.
