	No, no, vehemently NO!  The ONLY reason why I pay my taxes is because I
    respond to coercion.  Call it cowardice if you want to, but I would do the
    same if a mugger held a knife to my throat, and there was no way I could
    escape alive unless I handed over my wallet.  That does NOT make me
    responsible for everything the mugger does.

Please insert 'willingly' before 'pays' in my original submission.  Sorry to
those who pay taxes unwillingly.  If you are not actively trying to change
the current system or revoking your citizenship, my apology does not
apply to you, since you are willingly paying taxes.  Most Americans seem to
think paying taxes is tolerable, some even think it's a good idea.
