Try the minimum wage laws, several conspicuous labor laws, and the
effect of unionization among whites on wages (oh yes, racism is
implicit in the last, maybe in all of these, but your reasoning
is disjunctive and sloppy [and the NAACP still supports the minimum
wage law]).

Define racist society.  If you are asking whether anyone disputes the
existence of racism, the answer will be no from all but the racists.
But you have to do better than cite fragmentary statistics to pin these
problems on *society* (which, again, needs defining).

I'm all for nonegalitarianism.  I'm for meritocracy.  I'm against
racism.  But I don't wan't to whine about society.  Therefore your
question is fatuous.

Your condemnation of white racism in South Africa, even if it is just
to belabor a febrile comparison between that country and the United States,
shows a degree of myopia.  Most of Africa is running in blood shed by
black racists, from other tribes (the term racist is correct).
