Heck, I haven't even gotten the sword!  And I couldnt help you
with the riddle either.  I could use a hint-- where was the
sword.  I have the rest of the goodies.

I too have lost characters, but simply make a backup before
I start an evening run.  If I get back to the tavern, I drop
out of the game, and make another backup.  If I lose the party,
simply copy the backup to the scenario.  Work, but worth it.  If
I had WIZPLUS, I would be too tempted to cheat in more serious ways.

I would like to hear more from others, too.
