Most of the fields should be self explanatory. At any rate: Base Hits: / Total Hits: (As per character law)-- Your Base Hits are those hits obtained from boxes alone. This number alone doesn't have any significance, it just makes it easier to compute your total hits. Your Total Hits are obtained by adding you Base Hits to one-tenth your Constitution, and then taking the product of this factor and (one + stat bonus + race bonus [expressed in decimal]). Experience Points Remember, you are starting out at first level, and as such, you initially have 10,000 experience points. You need to make 20,000 to get to second level. Spell Points Again, remember that spell points are determined by your prime mental stat, and any spell adders (?) that you might have (?!!). If a spell adder is included, I usually do the following: a) Spell Multiplier - Put the total spell points down, including those from the multiplier, and then in paranthesis, put what type of multiplier it is. (Ex., [ 30 (x3) ] for a fifth level animist with a 96 intuition) b) Spell Adder - Put the total spell points down, and then in paranthesis, put the adder value (indicating the number of additional spells) (Ex., [ 5 (+2) ] for a fifth level mentalist with a 90 presense) Height and Weight Be sure you don't ignore these two stats. Height is used to help determine movement rate, weight is used in a couple of spells involving enlarging or shrinking. Stats (Mod) I usually put the Stat Bonus before the slash, and racial bonus after the slash. (By the way, are we using racial bonuses, and what races are allowed.) Skill/Ability Static maneuvers do not incur Armor Penalties (Ex., Perception). Shield Bonus Be sure to specify type of shield, since different shields have different bonuses. You may want to have two numbers, one for melee and one for missiles. For Adrenal Defense, I usually do the following: Armor Type: 1 Shield Bonus: +35 (A.D.) D.B. +30 This poor fellow happens to be a High Man warrior monk, who gets a -5 on quickness due to race bonus. If he had a REAL sheild, he wouldn't be able to use his Adrenal Defense. That goes for a weapon too. First Swing Points Notice, this stat is not on the character sheet. I never got around to hacking it in.
