I need an article with general information about USENET to use in convincing
my management to add my machine to the USENET system.  I thought I saw one
recently in some computer rag, but can't seem to find it.

If there are no published articles, I'd settle for whatever anyone has
"on-line" - surely there is a basic description of the USENET somewhere...!
