Hey, I think I can beat that one.  When I first came to Murray Hill, I
got an account on the Cray-1, thinking I might have an application for
it.

To test my understanding of the "JCL" (how I hate that word) I wrote a
three-line "hello world" program in Fortran.  Several days later I
received in my mailbox a core dump an inch thick.  It went into the
trash can and I haven't touched the machine since.  The VAX is fast
enough.
