I can't be sure, but I'd guess that what the bumper sticker said was
"WARNING: In case of RAPTURE. . ."

This kind of rapture isn't synonymous with escasy.  It refers to the
Christian belief that they will be taken up to heaven before the second
coming of Christ, while non-believers are left on Earth to endure the
tribulations.
