The following is a *true* story, related to me by a
friend who was a professor at Texas A&M:

One day he and a colleague were walking across
campus.  Coming towards them down the sidewalk were
two Aggies, engaged in animated conversation.  As
the two Aggies passed my friend, he heard the 
following snatch of conversation from one to the other
(The Aggie had a strong East-Texas accent):

	"Ah've got a haah 'F' average!"
