  The replacement power controller board will not be in until Friday. After
  then, DEC must run acceptance tests for a minimum of 16 hours. 
  
  This means the mahine will not be available to UNIX users until Saturday.
  There is little chance that this estimate will slip, The machine is up,
  running tests, and everything looks optimistic.
