there is absolutely nothing remotely humorous about the Central American
situation!!! the horrors and atrocities that are and have happened
there are no joking matter. I suppose you would have made jew jokes 
about dachau??? c'mon people, wake up! notes net.jokes is for
humor not for psuedo-political statements. as for where to put
items like the above...i do have a few suggestions.
