	For those of you who find that "D" fails on short lines -- let it be
known that one can specify a default rotation when one invokes the "D" command.
(i.e. "D 13" will 'rot 13' every line in the article -- suitable for most jokes
found in net.jokes)

	As for those who would flame about there being a non-joke in net.jokes:
