  The following is from the Tonight Show that aired on Nov 22.  Carson 
  was speaking about Nuclear Holocausts, The Day After, and such...

 "You know they say that during a Nuclear War you will have at most 
  30 minutes of warning.  That's not much time to get home, get the kids 
  and all.  And you know how they want us to evacuate Los Angeles?  That's
  right, the freeway system...Won't that be fun.  You know I think the 
  only person who will survive a nuclear war will be Ted Kopple...so he can
  do the wrap up."
