Texas CS Dept., Austin, Texas Lines: 14 PASADENA, Calif. -- More than 50,000 people roared with laughter Sunday as wildly dressed contingents marched by carrying irreverent signs at the seventh annual Occasional Doo Dah Parade, an out-of-step spoof of the Rose Parade. Among the 2,000 participants were a contingent of nurses from nearby Huntington Memorial Hospital called The Panhandlers -- carrying bed pans -- the Citizens for the Right to Bare Arms -- carrying prosthetic limbs and tossing candy to the crowd -- and the Ladies Against Women anti- feminist group, with a sign reading, "My husband said it, I believe it and that settles it." Once again the most popular of the 200 entries was the synchronized briefcase drill team, featuring 20 bank executives in dark, three-piece suits.
