Most Bumbles live on the other side of the world (from everyone) and are not the most intelligent beings you have ever met. The Bumbles are all of a single sex, and like making babies more than anything else. Some of them work in factories and offices, invariably in low paying, menial type jobs. This should provide sufficient negative features for lots of jokes. (Some people may notice a similarity to the Schmoos of comic fame.) -- Dave Mason, U.
