How could you put a comment like that in net.jokes, rather than net.jokes.d?
I realize you're probably very emotional about the subject, but that was the
LAST thing people reading net.jokes wanted to read!! I really think your
comment belongs in net.nlang. Holocaust was a word before Hitler even existed.
It's from the Greek holokauston and the Old French holocauste. Just because
it's been coined to mean that particular event in history doesn't mean it's
original meaning should die. The guy was just telling a JOKE, for pete's
sake, and you've probably made him feel like SLIME! Read your Webster's
dictionary!
