I take it that
	"if, in good faith, he expressed or attempted to establish by
	argument an opinion upon a religious subject"
means that a preacher expressing the view that Jews cannot be
saved and are condemned to eternal damnation is simply expressing an
opinion on a religious subject. When you draw the line I don't know.
I don't think this section has gone to court yet, but I'm not positive.
